I have tried the traps, and I have no regrets. They are definitely worth the investment. These traps act like magnets for silverfish and have successfully caught a significant number already. Impressed by their effectiveness and the fact that they are harmless to humans, I am planning on purchasing more in the near future. If you're still on the fence, I would highly recommend giving them a try!

What is it that makes silverfish so, well, icky? There’s almost nothing to them. Stomp on one or grab in it a paper towel, and there’s almost nothing left. Yet they still give me the creeps.

These traps are inexpensive (under a buck each) and easy to assemble. Each trap in the package is actually two, separated by perforations. For the typical two bedroom house it’s a years supply. I’ve had them out for a week and haven’t caught any, but then I haven’t seen any lately, either. Maybe it’s been wet enough outside that they’re not coming in.

Cold weather is only a month or so away, though, and I’m sure they’ll return. And when they do, I’ll be ready.

What i like the most about this product is that its really easy to set up and simple to use. I also LOVE that there is 20 of these traps in this package. Id never even heard of a silverfish until 2 weeks ago when we had to open up a wall in our basement. What i witnessed when the hubby ripped open that wall is the stuff that horror movies are born from- the creepiest grossest bugs that i had ever seen all came running out from behind that wall, and i was traumatized to think that these things are in my home. The day we recieved these traps i set up 3 of them in the vicinity of where we opened up that wall, and within 4 hours we had already caught 2 of the little duckers. Seeing that, i immediately made my hubby set up this package worth of traps all throughout our house. The traps in the basement are snagging 2-4 of these evil gross bugs a day, while thank god all the traps on the 1st and 2nd floor have been empty every morning. I am so thankful for these traps. I am 41 years old, and up until a week or 2 ago i never even knew a silverfish existed, let alone live in my house!!
